Imagine this:

You are lost, hurt and need help fast.  You take out your phone and press one button.  By pressing this button your friends and family immediately get notified by e-mail and sms (txt) that you need help.  They also receive your location.  Help is on the way!!

Panic Mate is an Android app that can save lives.  With the press of one button you can notify your pre-defined contacts that you are in trouble and send them your location.  

So how exactly does this Android app work?  

It's fast and easy to setup.  

1. Open Panic Mate.
2. Set your Contact list.  (Up to 5 email contacts and up to 5 mobile numbers)
3. Set your custom pre-defined message.
4. Add the widget button on your phone's home screen.

The Panic Mate application contains 2 widgets:

1. Panic Button - When this button is pressed the following happens:
   Your contacts receive an e-mail and sms (txt) telling them that you are in trouble.
   They also receive your location.
   
   
2. Callback Button - When this button is pressed the following happens:
   Your contacts receive an e-mail and sms (txt) requesting them to phone you back.
   They also receive your location.
   
   

Use the Panic Button when you are in trouble and use the Callback Button when you simply need someone to phone you back.
